100% Black-Owned 100% Women-Led 100% Community-Driven

We don't reach down. We reach alongside.

REACH 316 was born inside the communities we serve. Our team lives here, our volunteers grew up here — and that's exactly why our care works.

Rooted where it matters

REACH 316 is a dynamic, 100% Black-owned, 100% women-led, and 100% community-driven non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering resilient communities and breaking cycles of poverty and inequality within the eThekwini District of KwaZulu-Natal.

We uplift marginalised people — women, men, youth, children and the elderly — through holistic, sustainable interventions that restore dignity and drive lasting change. You'll find us in school halls in Phoenix, community centres in Verulam, kitchens in Inanda and living rooms in KwaMashu.
