REACH 316 is a women-led non-profit rooted in the heart of the eThekwini District — restoring dignity, breaking cycles of poverty and walking alongside women, children, youth and the elderly, one family at a time.

We're deeply rooted in the neighbourhoods we serve — Phoenix, Verulam, Inanda, KwaMashu and beyond — walking with people through six areas of care.
Screenings, healthcare access, health education, fitness and sport — helping whole communities feel well again.
Tutoring, literacy circles and learning resources, side by side with local schools and volunteer readers.
Counselling, trauma support and psychosocial care — safe spaces where it's okay to not be okay.
Rights education and access to SRHR services for adolescent girls and women.
Survivor support and prevention programs — because no always means no.
Bread runs, hampers and community gardens — fighting hunger with neighbours, bakers and volunteers.
Each tiny crocheted bag is handmade by our community — green for mental health awareness, with a purple ribbon of hope. Clip it to your keys and you carry a survivor's story with you, everywhere you go. Every purchase funds real counselling for real people.

Donate, partner or volunteer — every hand makes the circle stronger.
